It is impossible to book a holiday in the south without going through the city of Sète. The mountain overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is the jewel of the Hérault coast. Look up and admire the Haussmann-style buildings that line the docks. Here, every day it’s market !

Every morning, in the halls, you will find fresh fish but above all the essential tielle. This culinary speciality (pie filled with squid, octopus, cuttlefish and spicy tomato sauce) is the pride of the city. Here, the market is colourful and reflects the image of its inhabitants. Night markets

It is certainly the most beautiful way to do your shopping: at night. The night markets are an opportunity to discover the region's craftsmen and to rediscover the city at night: Marseillan, Portiragnes, le Grau d'Agde, Sérignan, Valras-plage… The atmosphere is unique!

Only during July and August, the night markets will delight holidaymakers.
